Today we’re going to be talking about four different hacks to make your skin look younger. As we get older, lots of things start to happen.
Your skin starts to sag, you start getting gray hairs along your temples like I am right now, and the line between knowing whether or not you have to fart or use the bathroom becomes very very thin.
The biggest giveaway of our age is the quality of our skin, which is why today I’m going to be sharing with you guys four different hacks to make your skin look younger. Now, before I begin this list, I’m going to assume that you are doing all the most important things it takes to keep your skin looking healthy.
So apart from the obvious solutions to keeping younger skin, the hacks I’m going to be sharing with you guys today are a little bit more unique and there are things that I’ve actually tried that produce results, which is why I want to share those with you guys today.
So unless you look like a Shar Pei, these tricks will absolutely help your skin look better. So let’s get started. Everyone knows that green tea is one of the healthiest things you can drink. It helps prevent cancer, osteoporosis, heart disease.
It helps with weight loss. For the purpose of today’s video, green tea is also packed with super antioxidants. Super antioxidants are really important to me because they fight off free radicals. Free radicals are something you want to avoid, not just foraging, but for your entire body well-being because they break down cells and they break down tissue, which is something that can cause cancer and also cause premature again.
So because super antioxidants combat free radicals, and green tea is packed with super antioxidants, it would make sense that that is one of the best things you can use on your face to keep it looking young and fresh.
Now obviously drinking green tea is good for your body, but to reap the benefits for your skin, you want to put the green tea directly on your face with a green tea facial. All you need to do is empty two steeped teabags into a bowl, add two teaspoons of honey, some lemon, mix it up, and then apply it to your face. Once the 15 minutes are up, wash off your
face mask and repeat once a week.
By doing this once a week, it’s going to load your skin with antioxidants, which’ll help fight free radicals, which, you guessed it, will keep your skin looking young and fresh.
The second hack on this list is the PMD. PMD stands for personal microderm, which means
that you can do microdermabrasion to your face from the comfort of your own home.
Microdermabrasion is what helped me get rid of cystic acne scars and this is what allow you to do it from home, which is why I liked it so much. For those of you who don’t know what microdermabrasion is, it basically sands down your face. By using this regularly, it helps fight fine lines, wrinkles, fatigued skin, skin discoloration. The way the PMD works is it has this little disc inside here that are made of aluminum oxide crystals, which sands away the dead skin from your face.
So definitely check out the PMD for yourselves because even if you’re not trying to look younger, the PMD helps with so many other things that happen on your face. I use it to get rid of acne scars. You can use it to exfoliate your skin or you can use it to help your skin look younger, but either way, this is a really great product and I definitely recommend that you guys check it out.
The next hack you probably don’t want to do with your friends for a sleepover because it’s not nearly as cute as getting facials and that is facercises. Facercises are exactly what they sound like they are.
They are exercises for your face. One of the biggest factors of aging is gravity because gravity pulls everything down to make you look older and more tired. One way to combat that, however, is by exercising your muscles to keep them strong and lifted up to prevent gravity from bringing them down. We spent a lot of time at the gym working on our bodies to keep our muscles intact, so why do we not do that for our faces? Science is the reason that this one makes sense.
Although we’re making expressions all day long, like this, we’re not doing enough consistent reps to give our muscles an actual workout. A few years ago I did a facercise routine for a solid month to see if it actually worked and I definitely saw a difference in my face. It hurt.
That’s one way that I knew that it was helping because doing exercises for any muscles makes them hurt, which them breaks them down, but then causes them to build themselves back up, and lift back up, and people noticed that my face just looked brighter, and healthier,and I didn’t look so tired all the time because my muscles were finally being built back up. I definitely don’t think I’d want to do this anywhere in public or actually, maybe it would be cool to go to a Starbucks and just sit across from someone and start doing facercisesand see what the hell they do.
One of the exercises is moving your lips this way, and this way, and this way, which helps build your cheekbones. You can do this to help remove the tiredness rom your eyes.
Raising your eyes up and doing exercises like 15 to 30 repetitions per each session helps your eyes just look more healthy, and fresher, and keeps that tired look away from your face that I sometimes get myself. So just try out the exercises for a week

The final hack on my list to make your skin look younger is the blood facial. Yes, this is the Kim Kardashian blood facial that I talked about in a video back in November when I had my very first blood facial. What happens with a blood facial is they take the blood from your arm, they separate the plasma from that blood, and then with micro needling, they put the plasma back into your face.
I was surprised because, after three or four days of recovery, my skin looked younger and fresher than it did when I was 18 years old. For about six weeks after getting that facial,
everyone was complimenting me on my skin asking me what I had done differently.
The theory behind the blood facial is that by putting the plasma back in your face, it boosts your body to think that it needs to be producing more of that and therefore it creates a younger looking skin. I put this one last on the list because I know that it’s not a hack that you can do at home, but I wanted to put it here because it definitely showed me results. If you don’t go with them, then just make sure you do your research because going to any plastic surgery institute is a very big deal and I don’t think that’s something that should be taken lightly.
